Background Checks and Training Video
In addition to the Volunteer Form above, we ask that anyone who serves our kids or youth to complete a background check. You will receive an email from our Volunteer Management application system - Planning Center Online. That's the tool we use to schedule and also complete background checks. Thank you for completing the background check request form that will come to your email.
