ROOF Community Services (Rochester Organization of Families)

The mission of the Rochester Organization of Families (ROOF) is to address community needs by providing resources and services to children, youth and families to achieve a healthy, positive, and drug-free community in the Rochester area. The food bank serves the Rochester community by supplying emergency food to families and individuals in need. Whether it is someone who has just lost their job or a senior citizen on a fixed income, the ROOF food bank is here to help.

Thurston County Food Bank

The Thurston County Food Bank is a no-barrier organization that strives to remove obstacles to accessing services. We believe that having basic needs met should be a human right — not a luxury. Are you experiencing food insecurity or having trouble making ends meet? Would a lower grocery bill help with other expenses or maybe help you save for an emergency? Come and see us!

Housing Authority of Thurston County

The Mission of the Housing Authority of Thurston County is to provide safe, decent, and affordable housing and services to persons with disabilities, low income and at-risk individuals and families. The ultimate goal of the Housing Authority is to assist individuals and families to secure long-term permanent housing.

Community Action Council

At the Community Action Council of Lewis, Mason and Thurston Counties, we are dedicated to addressing the systemic issues of poverty and promoting health and well-being. Since 1966, we have been focused on empowering individuals and families, and our mission remains to find innovative, community-based solutions that strengthen our communities and lessen the impacts of poverty.
